1. Data We Collect

In the course of providing facility access management, we collect the following categories of data:

• Identity Data: Names and Corporate Emails of system administrators and authorized facility users.
• Access Data: Timestamped logs of entry/exit events, including gate IDs.
• Vehicle Data: License Plate numbers (LPR data) for parking management.
• Device Data: IP addresses and Device IDs used to access digital credentials.

2. How We Use Data

Data is processed strictly for the performance of our contract with Facility Managers (Data Controllers). We use data to: (a) Issue and validate digital keys; (b) Send transactional alerts (lockouts, validations); (c) Generate billing reports for parking usage. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to advertisers.

3. Data Retention

Access logs are retained for 90 days to allow for security auditing and billing reconciliation, after which they are permanently anonymized. User profiles are retained only for the duration of their active lease or employment at the managed facility.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors

To ensure high deliverability of critical alerts, we utilize trusted infrastructure providers including Mailgun Technologies, Inc. and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for email transport and hosting. These providers are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Authorized users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact your Facility Administrator directly, as JMX acts as a Data Processor.
