Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This policy defines the boundaries of acceptable use for the JMX Access Logic infrastructure provided by Jinxy Media, LLC.
1. B2B Service Restriction
JMX Access Logic is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) infrastructure provider. Services are available exclusively to verified corporate entities, facility management companies, and real estate developers. We do not provide services to individual consumers (B2C) or unverified entities.
2. Permitted Email Types (Transactional Only)
Our email delivery infrastructure is engineered solely for high-priority Transactional and System Messages. Marketing, promotional, or bulk outreach emails are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
- Permitted: Digital credentials (QR codes), parking validation receipts, security lockdown alerts, billing invoices, password resets, facility operational notifications.
- Prohibited: Newsletters, sales funnels, cold outreach, affiliate marketing, lead generation campaigns.
3. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Any tenant found generating complaint rates exceeding 0.08% will face immediate suspension pending a compliance audit. We actively monitor RBLs (Real-time Blackhole Lists) and feedback loops.
4. Audience Verification & Consent
You may not use JMX infrastructure to contact purchased, rented, or scraped lists. All recipients must have a direct relationship with your facility (e.g., employees, registered guests, tenants). Double Opt-In (DOI) or explicit contractual consent (e.g., lease agreement) is required for all recipient addresses.
5. Prohibited Industries
To protect our IP reputation, we do not service high-risk industries, even if the traffic is transactional. Prohibited sectors include: Gambling, Adult Content, Payday Loans, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Cryptocurrency Trading, and Pharmaceuticals.
Enforcement
Violation of this AUP allows Jinxy Media, LLC to suspend services without notice and without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement agencies.
